Urban Heard has transformed a community hall into a centre entirely dedicated to provide a safe space for young people aged 12-17 years to chill, socialise, have fun and have access to mentoring and activities to boost self-efficacy and development. Our after-school club is just the first of many exciting projects to come as we hope to run projects to support young parents, kids not in school and holiday clubs.
